Find answers to common inquiries about race results, timing, and result disputes.
1. REFUNDS: Due to the way supplies are ordered and data is managed, refunds are not allowed. Be sure to research each event and don’t hesitate to EMAIL us at race.director@wetimeraces.com before registering if you have any questions!
2. RACE INSURANCE: Race insurance is purchased through the registration portal. It must be purchased at time of race registration.
3. TRANSFERS: Transfers (when applicable) are available through the race roster dashboard. Transfers within the same live race can be done within your race roster dashboard prior to the first packet pickup. If you want to transfer a live event to a virtual event (or vice versa) then you will need to email race.director@wetimeraces.com.
Our Registration provider will give you the opportunity to signup for RegSheild during your registration process.
RegShield provides a race-day protect policy for registrants. It is offered as an additional option during registration. To learn more visit the Coverage policy T&C’s
